Challenge

  • No prior product structure or user flow

  • Complex charging logic with fragmented steps

  • High drop-off and confusion during onboarding

  • Limited time and resource for MVP launch

Results

  • Successfully launched the platform on schedule. ( 6 months )

  • Accumulated to 400+ users as of 2024/12

  • Reduce customer issue rate 73%
